1. The Walkie Talkie
   We walk together through your home (or listing), and I talk about what I see. You take notes and implement those suggestions that appeal to you.
   
   1 hour minimum/$50 per hour.*
2. The Pick & Choose Checklist I do a site visit and prepare a written analysis of my findings. Included will be suggestions for enhancements – these will be visual/decorative/energetic recommendations, not architectural/structural - ranging from the economical/easy-to-implement to more extensive/expensive ideas.
   
   Site specific analysis/$200*
3. The Energy Shake (almost instant gratification)
   We work together to really shake up the energy and quickly give your home a new look and feel by rearranging what you already have – furniture, artworks and accessories. I may suggest some simple color, furniture or accessories changes, deletions, or additions. Some restrictions will apply depending upon the value/weight of items needing to be moved.
   
   Note: This is one of my favorite consultations and always gets a lot of excitement, fun and energy flowing. It is a wonderful way for anyone to re-energize their home or office whether or not they are contemplating selling.
   
   1 hour minimum/$50 per hour*
   Most energy shakes can be accomplished in 2-4 hours.
4. The "Just Let Susan Do It"
   Like the Energy Shake above, except I bring in helper(s) and make changes without you needing to lift a finger! An initial visit with you will set the parameters for change and allow me to assess brute strength requirements. Some restrictions will apply (see #3).
   
   Initial visit/1 hour/$50 – may be changed to a #1 or #3 consultation at your discretion. Follow up visit will be an hourly charge based on my time at $50 per hour plus a lesser hourly rate for helpers.*

*Rates apply to properties within 7 miles of downtown Grants Pass. There may be a trip charge assessed for greater distances.
